About this role

Batch: 2022/2023/2024. Responsibilities: - Build AI systems across speech, LLMs, RAG and retrieval - Work on STT/TTS and improve voice experiences across Indian languages - Build and fine-tune ML/LLM models and take them to production - Work on model optimization and on-device/edge AI - Collaborate with product & engineering teams to build real AI features Requirements: - 2–3 years of hands-on ML/AI experience - Strong Python and PyTorch skills - Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector databases - Hands-on experience with STT/TTS or speech/NLP systems - Understanding of model fine-tuning, preferably PEFT/LoRA - Experience with Indian languages, multilingual NLP or edge AI is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
