Operations Associate

Batch: 2023/2024/2025/2026. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support daily operations across supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment. - Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely execution. - Track shipments, maintain operational records, and resolve day-to-day issues. - Prepare and maintain reports using Excel to monitor operational performance. - Ensure accurate documentation and process compliance across operations. - Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational execution. - Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics. - Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. - Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to learning and execution.
