About this role
Batch: 2024/2025/2026. Responsibilities: - Own and manage key client accounts - Gather requirements and translate them into product specifications/tickets - Work closely with Product, Engineering, Ad Ops, and Client teams - Drive UAT, troubleshooting, launches, and process improvements - Track KPIs, analyze data, and ensure SLA/TAT adherence - Lead client calls, reviews, and stakeholder communication Requirements: - 0–1 year of experience; freshers can apply - Engineering background preferred - Immediate joiners only - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Advanced Excel - SQL - Python - API knowledge - Experience with Jira/Zoho and Agile methodologies - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
