Tech Network Intern

About this role

Batch: 2026. Responsibilities: - Monitor client IT infrastructure — servers, networks, applications, and cloud environments. - Identify, acknowledge, and respond to alerts/events per defined runbooks and SOPs. - Log incidents, document observations, and escalate critical issues to senior engineers. - Perform routine health checks on systems, network devices, and services. - Assist in generating operational reports and support change management validation. - Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls. Requirements: - Engineering Graduates in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecom, or related field (2026 batch only). - Basic awareness of networking concepts (OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and server fundamentals. - Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment (including nights and weekends). - Good verbal and written English communication.
