Technical Foundation: - C# and .NET Framework fundamentals (value vs. reference types, LINQ, collections, async/await, exception handling) - SQL fundamentals (CRUD queries, JOINs, GROUP BY, WHERE vs. HAVING, transactions, parameterized queries) - Data safety, quality enforcement, and debugging discipline (debugger, log analysis, testing) - Preferred: SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MySQL, ASP.NET, Git/Azure DevOps, unit testing, ERP systems
