Product Manager - Inventory Intelligence/ML Platforms

Batch: 2021/2022/2023/2024. Responsibilities: - Drive key initiatives across the Supply Chain team - Work at the intersection of applied ML, supply chain operations, and product management - Work with Data Science, MLOps, and Warehouse Operations teams - Turn ML model outputs into decisions that operations teams can trust and act on - Help reduce stock-outs, cut waste, and improve working capital efficiency at scale Requirements: - 2–4 years of product management experience - At least 2 years of experience working on data-intensive or ML-powered products - Demonstrated understanding of time-series forecasting - Ability to explain why a model over-forecasts on a new SKU and identify features that could improve it - Ability to read and critique ML model outputs - Understanding of MAE, RMSE, MAPE, WMAPE, confidence intervals, and feature importance - Strong SQL skills with experience querying large event-level tables - Experience writing rigorous PRDs that specify ML model contracts, including input features, output schema, latency SLAs, and fallback behaviour - Proficiency with Agile/Scrum delivery - Strong analytical and data-driven approach - Prior experience in quick commerce, food delivery, or high-velocity retail - Understanding of supply chain fundamentals such as EOQ, safety stock, service-level targets, and fill rate vs. inventory cost trade-offs Preferred Skills: - Experience managing a Data Science or ML Engineering squad
