About the Role: - Blinkit is looking for an Associate Program Manager to join our In-Store Operations team - If you enjoy solving on-ground problems and driving execution at scale, this could be for you What you'll do: - Drive execution and smoothing of in-store operational processes - Identify gaps and refine existing workflows for efficiency and scale - Own end-to-end program execution — from planning to on-ground implementation - Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks Must-haves: - Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) - Hands-on experience writing and executing SQL queries - Proficiency in using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making - Sharp execution mindset with attention to detail - Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Good to have: - Prior experience in operations, program management, or e-commerce/quick-commerce - Strong stakeholder management skills
