Responsibilities: - Lead operational strategy, MIS reporting, and performance tracking across stores and supply - Partner with Operations and Supply teams to drive process improvements and optimize margins - Use SQL and data modeling to eliminate leakages and continuously scale operations Requirements: - Proven experience (1–4+ years) in high-growth operational setups - Engineering degree from Tier-1 college (NIT, BITS, or equivalent preferred) - Strong critical thinking, stakeholder management, and deep SQL skills
