What You Will Drive: - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and microservices - Own complete lifecycle from design, implementation, deployment to observability - Optimize database queries, caching strategies, and system reliability Requirements: - 2–5 years of backend development experience in a product-based organization - Strong proficiency in Java, Go, or Python with solid OOP, DSA, and System Design - Hands-on with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ - Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and API security (OAuth, JWT)
