Associate DevOps Engineer

About this role

Batch: 2024/2025/2026. Requirements: - 0–2 years of experience in Technical Support, DevOps Support, Salesforce Support, or a similar technical role is preferred - Freshers are welcome with a B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related engineering discipline - Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Administration, Development, Support, QA, or DevOps, are eligible - Basic understanding of Salesforce platforms and DevOps concepts - Familiarity with SaaS applications, APIs, XML, SQL, Git, and version control systems - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to problem-solving - Ability to multitask, research solutions, navigate knowledge bases, document cases accurately, and communicate effectively with customers - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Ability to collaborate with global, distributed teams Non-Negotiables: - Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on building customer trust through attentive, responsive, and empathetic live support - Exceptional spoken English and phone etiquette - Strong active listening skills and ability to provide clear, step-by-step instructions over the phone - Flexible schedule and willingness to work adaptable hours, including shifts supporting global SLAs Preferred Skills: - Copado certifications - Salesforce Admin certifications - Salesforce Developer certifications - Experience or familiarity with AI tools, methods, and practices
