Batch: 2020/2021/2022/2023/2024. Qualifications: - Experience: 2+ years designing and building production web interfaces spanning both design and code - Figma: Excellent with Figma as a thinking and prototyping tool, not just handoff - Code: Comfortable writing React and TypeScript and shipping own work to production - Visual Taste: Strong visual judgment and the ability to articulate design logic - Interaction & Motion: Care for how interfaces move (Framer Motion, Rive, GSAP, Three.js or similar) - Speed: Prototype extremely quickly from ambiguous starting points - Startup / dynamic high-growth environment experience preferred
