Qualifications: - Experience: 2+ years building production web applications, with strong React and TypeScript - Shipping Record: Shipped real products used by real customers (not just localhost) - UI Quality: Demonstrable care for craft (noticing padding errors, layout weights, and clunky forms) - Product Judgment: Build from rough ideas without waiting for a 20-page spec; push back on substandard UX - AI Fluency: Heavy AI user who still inspects code and catches mistakes the model makes - Domain Curiosity: Eager to understand complex underlying payments systems and chargeback flows - Startups / high-growth experience preferred (Bonus: Dev tools, fintech, dashboards, B2B)
