Associate Product Manager

About this role

Batch: 2023/2024/2025/2026. Must-Haves: - 1–3 years of product experience with at least one shipped AI/LLM-powered feature, preferably conversational AI or voice AI - Hands-on understanding of conversational AI mechanics, including prompt design, context handling, fallback, and human-handoff flows - Experience setting up AI evals and measuring output quality through accuracy, containment, or similar metrics - Strong analytical skills with hands-on SQL experience and the ability to independently pull and analyse data - Understanding of AI unit economics, including per-conversation costs, margin thinking, and usage-based pricing - Excellent written communication skills with the ability to independently create clear product specs and PRDs Strong Plus: - Experience in D2C SaaS, MarTech, or customer engagement products - Exposure to the Shopify ecosystem or app marketplaces - Experience improving adoption, activation, or engagement metrics - Familiarity with AI-agent frameworks or RAG, such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
