About this role

Batch: 2020/2021/2022/2023/2024. Requirements: - 2–5 years in product design, with platform design experience — you've designed a platform, not one-off screens: multi-tenant, role-based, built on reusable templates and primitives that scale across many customers - Meaningful time on creation or authoring tools (design tools, editors, no-code builders, CMS, IDEs, creative software — anything where users produce output) - Fluency with genuinely hard interaction problems: hierarchies, multi-state objects, progressive disclosure - Prototyping ability — high-fidelity prototypes with real logic, or code - Strong reasoning (we care more about how you argue a decision than how the final frame looks) About the Role: - Flam is an AI-native platform company with high-ownership design roles and direct product influence
