Responsibilities: - Build scalable backend services with Node.js, NestJS, and Go - Design distributed systems on PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka - Drive architecture decisions — not just implement them - Mentor junior engineers and raise the team's engineering bar - Jump into frontend (React/Svelte) when the work calls for it Requirements: - Strong in JS/TS, Node.js, NestJS — Go-curious or Go-ready - Sharp on distributed systems and event-driven architecture - Someone who leads by doing, not just by title
