Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level technical support to end users - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues - Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals - Support Microsoft Windows, Office applications, and user account management - Log, track, and update support tickets What We're Looking For: - Basic understanding of Desktop Support and Troubleshooting - Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and Networking Fundamentals - Good communication and problem-solving skills - Willingness to work in flexible shifts - This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to build a strong foundation in IT Infrastructure and End-User Support.
