Experience Requirement: - 3–6 years of experience in software development Mandatory Skills & Experience: - Strong proficiency in Python - Experience building end-to-end B2B products is mandatory (Product-based startup experience is critical) - Hands-on experience with TypeScript, ReactJS / NextJS, SQL & NoSQL databases, and AWS / GCP — all mandatory - Well-maintained GitHub profile is mandatory - Candidates from service-based companies or EdTech backgrounds will not be considered Key Responsibilities: - Own tickets end-to-end from problem understanding to feature shipping - Build features across frontend and backend stack; debug and optimize production performance - Collaborate closely with product and design teams; adapt to evolving stacks
