Requirements: - 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience - Strong, production-proven expertise in Full-Stack development and React Native mobile app development - Highly proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript - Strong experience with backend languages such as Python, Java, or Go - Proven track record of architecting, building, and shipping robust end-to-end software applications - Solid hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP - Deep analytical thinking and strong system design skills - Advanced problem-solving capabilities - Experience or strong interest in large-scale data usage and performance optimization - Exceptional communication skills - Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments and guide diverse teams
