Key Responsibilities: - Clean and validate data from multiple sources - Build and maintain MIS reports/dashboards Requirements: - 1–2 years in a data analyst/MIS/reporting role with a relevant Bachelor's degree - Strong Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) - Working knowledge of SQL - Good to have: Power BI/Tableau, basic Python (Pandas/NumPy)
