Responsibilities: - Build core capabilities around repayments, interest, missed payments, and recovery - Design APIs and data models where correctness and idempotency are critical - Build safe interfaces for AI agents to work with live loans - Work across application code, databases, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring - Build systems for a regulated environment where every action is auditable - Take features from design through deployment and production Additional Details: - Fast-tracked career with responsibility based on ability and impact - Develop engineering judgment through ownership, design discussions, and code reviews - Learn to design new systems and evolve existing systems - Work on systems serving tens of millions of customers and hundreds of millions of transactions
