What We're Looking For: - Proven experience as a Software Engineer with proficiency in Go for back-end development (all experience levels welcome) - Strong experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases - Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and computer science principles - Experience in developing and deploying RESTful APIs - Strong problem-solving skills, a solid foundation in software engineering, and the ability to write efficient, scalable code - Knowledge of version control tools like Git - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment - Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
