Requirements: - Proven experience as a Software Engineer - Proficiency in Go for backend development - Strong experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases - Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and Computer Science principles - Experience developing and deploying RESTful APIs - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to write efficient and scalable code - Knowledge of Git - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment - Excellent communication skills - Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
