Requirements: - 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment or a similar role - Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills - Excellent communication — both written and verbal - High ownership and attention to detail - Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and priorities - Ability to move quickly and follow through without being chased - Strong judgement when evaluating candidates - Comfortable using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools - Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and figuring out what makes them tick
