DevOps Engineer

Batch: 2024 and before. Technical Skills and Experience: - Deep understanding of CI/CD tools, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and configuration management tools (GitOps, ArgoCD) - Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash for automating workflows and enhancing development processes - Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) for system observability and performance analysis - Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with development and operations teams - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex infrastructure issues - Ability to lead initiatives, mentor junior team members, and drive the adoption of DevOps practices - Experience working in a fast growing fintech startup is a plus Qualifications: - Overall 2+ years of experience in DevOps working as part of a team doing state-of-the-art software development - BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc - Programming experience is a plus
