Software Engineer

About this role

Batch: 2020/2021/2022/2023/2024. Required Knowledge & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience - Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience building reliable, scalable, and maintainable production systems - 2+ years of experience designing, developing, and operating backend or full-stack applications at scale - Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, Go, C++, or C# - Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or DynamoDB - Experience with CI/CD, observability, containers, and DevOps practices - Strong understanding of software design principles, coding standards, testing, performance, security, and production reliability - Ability to understand ambiguous requirements, evaluate technical trade-offs, and independently drive solutions from design through production
