Full Stack Developer

About this role

Batch: 2023/2024/2025. Must-Have: - BTech / BCA / MCA degree with a live project component during graduation (Non-negotiable) - 1 to 2 years of full-time experience, or an in-depth internship with real delivery ownership across the stack (not tutorial projects) - Hands-on Node.js (built backend services, not just read docs) - Python: working knowledge for scripting, automation, or backend services - Core DBMS and SQL: schema design, query writing, joins, indexing basics - Docker: containerization fundamentals and container-based deployments - Git: disciplined commit history, branching, and PR-based workflow - Public GitHub profile with genuine, deployed projects (reviewed before screening call) - AI-assisted development tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent in daily coding workflow (standard team practice) - Claude Code: hands-on familiarity as an agentic coding assistant (autonomous code gen, refactoring, tests, debugging, scaffolding) - Prompt engineering fundamentals: structured prompts for useful code gen and debugging Strong Preference: - NestJS and Express.js for backend service development - React and Next.js for frontend development - PostgreSQL or MySQL as a primary relational database - Experience with third-party API integrations (payment gateways, CRMs, communication platforms) - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Azure deployment environments Nice-to-Have: - SonarQube, LinearB, React Native / Flutter, AWS / Firebase, Blob storage, Prometheus, Grafana
