Intern- Systems Engineering

Batch: 2025/2026/2027. Responsibilities: - Assist in system level design for various Tracker solutions and analyze behaviors related to Mechanical/Structural domain - Perform product failure mode analysis from testing and reverse engineering - Assist in various System level testing (@ Field) - Work on developing and establishing standard Matlab/ Python based tools related to Design Optimization - Perform and manage engineering work using CAD/CAE software to solve problems in mechanical/structural design, finite element analysis, design optimization, fatigue analysis, structural dynamics and kinematics, vibrations, thermal analysis and plastic part design - Documentation and report out Required Qualifications: - Master's Degree/Ph.D in Structural/Mechanical/ Applied Physics Engineering with excellent academic record - Toolsets required: SolidWorks, Ansys FEA, Matlab, Simulink, Python and equivalent - Sound Knowledge in Structural/Mechanical analysis and design (Related Project level experience preferred) - Strong aptitude in mechanical failure analysis and solid written/verbal communication skills - Experience in OpenSees environment is a big plus; willingness to assist in Field Testing for 3 to 6 months
