Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Leverage Statistical Modeling & ML: Regression (GLM, non-linear), Classification (Trees, Random Forest, Boosting, SVM), Clustering, Design of Experiments - Build predictive models for HR domains (talent acquisition, employee experience, workforce planning) - Design self-service dashboards, perform EDA, and build feature engineering pipelines - Prototype Generative AI & LLM use cases for workforce analytics Qualifications: - Graduate or Post-graduate from a top-tier university in a quantitative discipline
