Batch: 2025/2026/2027/2028. Must-Have: - Portfolio mandatory at application stage (4–6 samples minimum as a link) - Figma: Auto Layout, Components, and constraints - Adobe XD or comparable UI tool; Framer, ProtoPie, or Principle - Basic HTML/CSS literacy, typography, spacing, grid, and layout fundamentals - Clean, pixel-accurate execution, fast turnaround, and following design systems - Diploma or degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or CS with a strong UI portfolio Strong Advantage: - Webflow - FigJam/Miro - Design systems (tokens, libraries, variants) - Responsive design - Motion/micro-interaction design - Accessibility - B2B/agency branding experience
