Batch: 2021/2022/2023/2024/2025. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required - 1+ years of experience in operations, reporting, data support, or administrative roles - Experience in legal, healthcare, or client services environments is a plus - Familiarity with reporting systems, CRMs, or project management tools is helpful - Comfort working with large datasets and repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy - Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) Skills & Abilities: - Strong attention to detail, organizational, and clear written/verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving remote environment
