Data Analyst

About this role

Batch: 2021/2022/2023/2024. Requirements: - 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Operations Analytics, or Data/Financial Modeling. - Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel / Google Sheets. - Strong SQL skills - mandatory. - Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Quicksight, Power BI, or Tableau. - Experience with SAS / R / Python. - Hands-on experience with Database Management. - Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, financial metrics, funnels, and business KPIs. - Exposure to business functions such as marketing, operations, revenue, and product/website analytics. - Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. - Strong communication and presentation abilities, with comfort presenting to leadership. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. - Demonstrated ability to take ownership, think independently, and drive actionable results. - Persistent, solution-oriented mindset with high performance and reliability. - Graduate/Postgraduate from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes preferred. Preferred Skills: - High ownership and bias for action. - Curious and resourceful mindset. - Comfort handling large datasets. - Ability to break down complex problems into structured analyses.
