Requirements: - Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in any discipline - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail - Comfortable working with data and turning it into simple, clear insights - Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and presentation tools - Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment - Based in Bangalore or able to relocate before the start date - Genuine interest in customers and solving problems for them Preferred Skills: - Previous internship or project experience in customer success, account management, operations, or consulting - Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms - Familiarity with product analytics tools - Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work - Interest in healthcare or health technology Additional Details: - No prior healthcare domain knowledge is required
