Associate Software Engineer

Batch: 2024/2025/2026. Key Responsibilities: - Set and communicate technical direction for development initiatives across mobile and desktop platforms, ensuring alignment with engineering excellence - Design and implement comprehensive development architectures, frameworks, and best practices spanning iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS applications - Lead development and maintenance of robust CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools such as GitHub Actions - Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering code quality and technical excellence - Establish and enforce code quality standards, architectural patterns, and scalability principles - Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to identify technical risks early - Own end-to-end development processes: architecture, implementation, code review, deployment, and production monitoring - Drive adoption of modern development methodologies, tools, and technologies - Conduct comprehensive code reviews and architectural assessments Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (BE, BTech) or Master's degree (MTech) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
