Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Fluency in Spanish and English - Experience in IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support - Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and desktop troubleshooting - Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi - Familiarity with Active Directory, Outlook, and Exchange - Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or Zendesk - Ability to work rotational and night shifts - Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Preferred Skills: - Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or endpoint management - TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop - CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft certifications
