Qualifications: - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a data-centric role such as Business Operations, Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or a similar position - SQL Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets is a must - Excel Expertise: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, and complex nested formulas - Analytical Mindset: A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an impeccable eye for detail - Attitude: A proactive, self-starter attitude; driver who takes ownership and is eager to learn and grow - Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
