Software Engineer

About this role

Batch: 2024/2025/2026. Requirements: - Strong software engineering fundamentals - Strong proficiency with Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows - Experience building web apps, scripts, automations, and integrations end-to-end - Comfortable working across frontend, backend - Ability to ship prototypes fast without losing good engineering judgment - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Comfortable working directly with founders and non-technical stakeholders Strong Preference For: - Experience in startup environments or founder's office / special projects roles - Experience with growth engineering, GTM engineering, marketing automations, or internal tools - Experience building and maintaining websites and landing pages - Familiarity with modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks, Python, APIs, automation tools, and cloud deployment - Experience integrating AI/LLM workflows into real business processes
