Software Engineer

About this role

Batch: 2023/2024/2025. Requirements: - 1 to 3 years of professional software development experience, preferably in high-frequency trading, algorithmic trading, fintech, or another performance-sensitive environment - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline - Strong proficiency in modern C++ with experience writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity - Strong knowledge of computer architecture and how hardware and software interact - Good understanding of operating systems, including processes, threads, memory management, scheduling, and performance - Basic understanding of computer networking concepts and network protocols - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies - Experience in high-frequency trading or cryptocurrency markets is beneficial but not essential
