Experience: - 2–3 years building large-scale backend applications or products Technical Strength: - Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, OS, Networks, and Database fundamentals - Distributed systems, concurrency, caching, and scalable architectures Backend Skills: - Node.js, Java, Go, or Python - MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL - Messaging systems like Kafka - Cloud platforms and observability AI Fluency: - Hands-on experience using AI-assisted dev tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to ship faster - Building with LLMs/ML models in production Mindset: - Bias for action - End-to-end ownership - Comfort with ambiguity - Team collaboration
