Trainee - Software Quality Engineer

Batch: 2023/2024/2025/2026. Responsibilities: - Analyze requirements and design clear, comprehensive test cases and scenarios - Execute both manual and automated tests for web and/or mobile applications - Create, update, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks - Detect, log, and track defects, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up to closure - Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure product stability - Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field (Mandatory) - Eligible degrees: B.E / B.Tech, M.E / M.Tech, BCA / MCA, BBA / MBA, B.Com / M.Com, BA / MA, B.Sc / M.Sc (All Branches Eligible) - Basic understanding of software testing principles, including SDLC and STLC - Hands-on exposure to automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright - Understanding of test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest - Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and suggest solutions - Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
