What Makes You a Good Fit: - Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompting, with demonstrable projects shipped to production - 1 to 3 years taking true ownership of a client, product, or project (not just managing tasks) - Ability to trace and understand end-to-end tech stacks: APIs, webhooks, telephony systems, data flows - Strong written/spoken communication as primary point of contact for enterprise clients - Proven track record of building something tangible (voice agent, dev tool, etc.)
