Batch: 2020/2021/2022/2023. Responsibilities: - Own L1/L2 metrics and performance dashboards across collections verticals - Drive A/B testing, decision strategy, and analytical deep-dives - Automate incentive tracking and flag anomalies in real time - Build context layer and ensure data readiness for AI consumption - Curate feature sets and validate AI outputs for collections automation Requirements: - 3+ years in analytics, decision science, or business intelligence - Strong in SQL, Python, and dashboarding tools - AI native — has built or automated workflows using AI tools - Experience in collections, risk, or fintech is a plus - Builder mindset — your job is to automate your job
