Batch: 2021/2022/2023/2024/2025. Requirements: - 1–5 years building production backend systems - Strong in Python or Go, with genuine willingness to work across both - Solid grounding in system design, data structures, and distributed systems - REST and gRPC API design; microservices in production - PostgreSQL or MySQL with real query and schema optimisation experience - Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message queues; Redis for caching - AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD - Preferred: Fintech, wealthtech, brokerage, market data feeds, order management, portfolio accounting, low-latency high-throughput systems, audit trails
