Hiring for a fast-growing consumer-facing fintech company in Bengaluru Experience & Requirements: - 0–3 years of experience in Product Analytics / Business Analytics - Strong hands-on experience with SQL - Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking - Experience working on B2C / consumer products - Ability to dig into user behaviour, product metrics, and business problems - Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, retention, conversion, and other product metrics - Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges preferred Role Highlights: - Opportunity to move beyond reporting/dashboards to drive product decisions directly
