Skills & Experience Required: - 0–1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or fast-paced startup environment preferred - High ownership: Take initiative, follow through, and figure things out independently - Strong communication: Speak clearly and professionally with candidates and hiring managers - Comfort with data: Work with spreadsheets, pipeline tracking, and recruiting metrics - Problem-solving mindset: Break down ambiguous problems and find practical solutions - Curiosity about AI and tools: Actively explore automation and tools to improve workflows - Adaptability: Comfortable switching between roles and priorities in a fast-moving space
