What We're Looking For: - Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, databases, and Git - Exposure to Angular or React and Java or Node.js through projects, internships, coursework, or self-learning - Strong sense of UI/UX and care about how the product feels - Basic understanding of OWASP, cloud basics, Docker, CI/CD, or vulnerability scanning - Startup energy: Ownership, Speed, Curiosity, and no "that's not my job" attitude Bonus Points: - You've built side projects, internal tools, automations, agents, or AI-powered features - You've won coding competitions, earned credible certifications, or secured top rankings in competitive coding
