What We're Looking For: - A storyteller first: think in narrative, not just aesthetics, simplifying complex ideas - Real range: brand identity, web/landing pages, decks, social, with motion/GIFs a strong plus - Founding-caliber ownership: set the visual bar and build the system from zero - Portfolio proving ability, ideally from an early-stage startup or brand-led company Bonus Points: - Motion/animation chops, deep Figma mastery, no-code/frontend sensibility - Experience branding technical/B2B products to make them feel human; AI tool usage for speed
