Forward Deployed Engineer Intern (+PPO)

About this role

Responsibilities: - Own a set of US dealerships end-to-end - Join dealer calls and understand customer requirements - Review AI agent performance on every call - Identify why bookings were missed and fix the issues - Work across account management, product, and engineering - Work directly with the Service AI team Requirements: - High ownership and willingness to take responsibility - Interest in moving into Forward Deployed Engineering or Product Management - Candidates may come from support, sales, QA, or engineering backgrounds - Comfortable working with AI agents and agentic tools - 1-2 years of experience, strong internships, or a personal project with real users - Immediate joiners only Additional Details: - Night shift aligned with US hours - Cab drop provided - Five days a week from the Gurugram office - Internship can convert to a full-time role based on performance
