Batch: 2024/2025/2026. What You'll Do: - Take founder-level problems from 0→1 — from idea and planning to execution - Solve business challenges across sales, operations, product, and growth - Bring clarity in ambiguity and move projects at startup speed - Own initiatives end-to-end and drive measurable outcomes, processes, and improvements What We're Looking For: - Minimum 1 year of hands-on work experience in a startup (mandatory) - Experience in execution-heavy, fast-moving environments - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking; ability to convert insights into clear action plans - Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, high ownership, bias for action, and a strong "figure-it-out" mindset - Be a part of the core team building Swageazy from 0→1 and beyond
