Work: Field Support at Client Locations (Freshers / Entry Level) Qualification: - B.E./B.Tech – ECE / CSE Responsibilities: - Interact with customers and field support teams to understand requirements and offer IT infrastructure, networking, and security solutions - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve field-level technical issues with on-site support Required Skills: - Basic knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS & DHCP) - Basic knowledge of Routers & Switches - Strong field troubleshooting and diagnostic skills - Good communication and customer-handling skills
