As a Bilingual Retirement Plan Services Representative, you’ll serve as the voice of Vanguard and an advocate for our clients, helping build hundreds of financial futures. You’ll provide high-quality service to 401(k) plan participants across Institutional Participant Services, supporting a wide range of needs. One client may need help completing a form, while another may be learning about mutual funds for the first time.
This role offers the opportunity to build your financial knowledge and communication skills while developing a successful career at Vanguard. You don’t have to be a financial expert to be an advocate for our clients. We welcome and encourage individuals from all backgrounds and experiences. As a Retirement Plan Services Representative, you will:
Total potential compensation for this role is between $71,100 - $73,100 ($52,000 - $54,000 base salary based on Spanish bilingual proficiency, plus up to a one-time $12,500 bonus and eligible partnership and promotional bonuses) within your first year upon achieving performance standards.

Please note, this role is hybrid, and you would be expected to work on-site in a Vanguard office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
